
Alex Hilliard
Alex lives in Poultney, VT and is a personal trainer, parent, community leader, and active athlete. They enjoy lifting weights, trail running, and obstacle course races. Alex’s favorite race length is 10K. One running goal they have includes “VT251” – running in every one of Vermont’s towns and cities. Alex enjoys listening to personal development/mindset/self-improvement books, and their favorite book to recommend to personal training clients is “You Are a Badass” by Jen Sincero.
Alex is proud to be involved in many organizations within the local community, the greater BIPOC community, and throughout the state. Some of Alex’s engagements include being
